for someone with no knowledge and only 3 post your headdin for the high... start slow and learn more first. check all ur options then start aimin for hp's. at the moment you shouldn't be thinkin of no more then 6psi til u kno what's goin on.

that's like the size differences between toyota truck bottom ends and honda bottom ends, that is insane. what is the d16a7? Does the d16a9 truly have a bigger bottom end? are those pictures correct? or is the d16a7 dinky? I think we need some clarification because those pictures show humongous differences.

Ok, so I am in about the same situation as you, except that the ZC is built so I want to run up to about 15 psi. I have looked at a few turbos
T25 - I figure this is way too small for my app.
T3/T4 - .42 A/R COMPRESSOR
.48 A/R TURBINE
T3/T4 - . 50 A/R COMPRESSOR
.63 A/R TURBINE
T3 - ? AR
T4 - ? AR

Given your knowledge, which turbo out of these do you think will give the best performance while retaining some decent spool times for daily driving?

Reguardless, all d-series rods are the weak point, I wouldnt shoot for any goals over 250whp.
