no my t3/t4e is the same way. the drain needs a flange and the top looks like you can use a flange or thread right into the turbo.

i cant figure out what thread mine is, 1/8 npt is the wrong size so im gonna go to homeboydepot tomorro and get a tap and make it 1/8 npt.

I'm not good with the size of the fitting but its about 1/8,it works it just too much oil pressure going in, and I prolly have bad bearing seals in the turbo, I need something to cut the pressure down but I cant find anything, I am waiting for a turbo from an HMT menber for about 3 months now and still havent got it, but I will give him another week before I expose him, maybe that one will fix the smoking.

What oil pressure should it be at the turbo? im runing a standard subaru banjo fitting cut and flared.

Nice setup man.
You can use a MBC...don't need to have a threaded wastegate actuator arm for that.
Just try everything as stated above..or rebuild the turbo yourslef..it's really easy and the rebuild kit ain't to expensive...just remeber to mark the shaft, wheel and nut.
