Check to see if the actuator is holding the flapper shut. Alot of times its easy to bend the actuator arm and this slightly keeps the internal gate open. Double check charge pipes too. The MBC should also work, maybe you didnt install it right? If your ballsy you can take off your WG signal line and go for a quick ripper to make sure it boosts about 5psi, but get ready to back out of the throttle quick if it starts spooling
