Drop the gain , and turn up the "SET boost"? I think he has been keeping the gain higher than the set boost. Is that wrong?

Dude im not trying to be an *** but your not giving enough good info, anyways it cant be that hard to fix it can only be a few things. From the way it sounds you need to get a manual boost controller, its easier way to go in my book,or a diffrent wastegate spring. It can only teally be the 2 or bad hook up which you said it was hooked up right.Info might not help but good luck.

Feel free to ask questions because i usually forget a lot stuff. But i think i covered it all. I don't see what you need. I told you everything i have. I'm calling greddy again as we speak. I am not gonna get a manual boost controller. I just dont want one. As far as the spring, i'm trying to open mine first and see for sure which one i have, then i'll go buy one if all fails.

Also, a friend of mine is getting brand new one straight from Greddy because his was screwed up and i'm waiting on it to get here so i can test it and see if it fixes my problem or not.

Yea the boost spike pretty much explains its self sorry.I have a homemade boost controller i made for 2bucks. never had a problem.I would just run with out the controller and run 5.5 unless your goal for boost are higher(prolly are)so just get a diffrent spring?
