Drop the gain , and turn up the "SET boost"? I think he has been keeping the gain higher than the set boost. Is that wrong?

Dude im not trying to be an ass but your not giving enough good info, anyways it cant be that hard to fix it can only be a few things. From the way it sounds you need to get a manual boost controller, its easier way to go in my book,or a diffrent wastegate spring. It can only teally be the 2 or bad hook up which you said it was hooked up right.Info might not help but good luck. :)

Feel free to ask questions because i usually forget a lot stuff. But i think i covered it all. I don't see what you need. I told you everything i have. I'm calling greddy again as we speak. I am not gonna get a manual boost controller. I just dont want one. As far as the spring, i'm trying to open mine first and see for sure which one i have, then i'll go buy one if all fails.

Also, a friend of mine is getting brand new one straight from Greddy because his was screwed up and i'm waiting on it to get here so i can test it and see if it fixes my problem or not.

Re:Boost spike :(

Yea the boost spike pretty much explains its self sorry.I have a homemade boost controller i made for 2bucks. never had a problem.I would just run with out the controller and run 5.5 unless your goal for boost are higher(prolly are)so just get a diffrent spring? :-\
