i have a slight exhaust leak at the adapter plate but i was also wondeinr if my 1st gen eclipse bov was malfuctioning? how can i check it? i know as i floor it theboost comes up the i hear a fluttering sound about 4000 rpms and i get only 3 psi or so from my t-25. any help or suggestions?

 

try pluggin bov and test?
