Default boost problem

I have a 1990 Acura Integra GS OBD0 1.8L non vtec, had the ecu chipped by projecteg for 6psi. I am using a T3 from a saab, stock injectors, stock fuel pump,38mm Tial wastgate and a front mount intercooler. The car runs fine at idle and will boost till about 4psi then the car runs like crap after 4psi. But the strangest thing is when the car is cold it will boost fine till 6psi but after it gets hot it won't boost right?? my air/fuel gauge says that the mixture is fine, runs rich at first when it is started up, my wastegate works fine. Any suggestions??

cheers

I suggest you get some dsm 450 injectors.

I suggest getting it tuned. Did you use a wideband sensor to conclude your air/fuel ratio is OK? How is the car behaving at 4 psi? Is it bucking, bogging down, etc.? The more information you give us the better we will be able to help you.

I am just using an cyberdyne a/f ratio gauge, when the car hits over 4psi it boggs down, but it runs fine from 0-4psi. I can't get ahold of projecteg to find out which program and map he used to chip my ecu. Any suggestions for this broblem would be greatly appreiciated.

cheers

Found problem, changed the boost source from intake manifold to the boost nipple on the compressor housing, works fine.
