i cant even give you a better pic, shits all back together :'(

Yeah I wish I had a die grinder but I don't. The dremel did fine I just didn't have the right bits so the block ate them up. I'll swing by lowes this weekend and see if they have some better bits for it. I need to get my ---- back together...I've just been too lazy.

the iorn cyl walls gave a 50,000 rpm snap on grinder and a good carbide a run for the money. if you didnt hit the sleeve yet, ------- give up.

Sweet build, Looks like you got a good deal on the machining. Im interested to see what kind of power this thing makes.

Same here, I assume the CT26 is from a Supra, I'm going to be running one on a DOHC ZC in the spring, stock block. Let me know how it flows. IIRC CT26 starts to become inefficient around 18psi, not 15, but that's on a 3L Toyota engine, not a 1.6L Honda. Regardless, 20 psi from a CT26 should rip pretty good.

No, it's notched just not enough.

I just need a better bit to take a little more off. The bits that I used were just leftover in my tool box and were 85% dead before I started notching.

Nice project....

I see your using the Vitara 16v 1.6l pistons, are they a straigh bolt-on?

I mean is the piston pin same size???

That would be great cause it means i could use honda pistons on my suzuki...

cyl head tap is a 10x1.25

yes, vitaras will drop into a honda. but hondas wont go into a vitara, their for press fit wristpins.

You're right...boost is crack mang ;D Where'd you get those scat rods from? I checked out the scat website the other day, and they had the listings for them, just no prices or anything...so I kinda figured they might be a bit more than what i can afford to spend. I'll probably have to get the TT rods, and more than likey do the vitara pistons as well since i really don't have much cash layin around. Keep us updated when ya rape it...i wanna see how long the vitaras last ;D
