EFI makes more power, a wider powerband and you don't even have to get your hands smelly to change the fueling curves.
It even adapts to environmental changes, such as variable temperature and baromatic pressure. If everything is set right your fueling will be dead-on and not vary much from day to day.
or if you're building a dragster in which injectors that can flow that much fuel cost 500 dollars each... and god knows how much for the entire system.

whereas two 850cfm demon carbs will cost you about 700-800 dollars.

I like the idea of a turbo carb truck.... drive it during the heat of summer and it runs too rich, drive it during the winter and it blows up !!! Hehe... J/K, aftermarket EFI systems are either "hack jobs" or WAY TO MUCH MONEY ( IE speed-pro/fel-pro ).

Could always stick a honda engine in it !!! Those are easy to tune !!
