good updates!

had this crazy old lady tell me at a light today that my car was smoking.. i said meh just a little exhaust out the hood

 

NEW UPDATE!

So today we were gonna get rid of the pool hose! and added 15 pounds of boost


so a intercooler, blow off valve, and charge piping were all added!








So after this, it was time for turbo rippers. Me, dvst8r, and 90dx hit the streets, first ripper we blew off a silicone hose so we stopped and fixed that. second ripper went all ok. third ripper me and dvst8r ran into a problem, 3rd gear pull we blew a head gasket.

so we pushed it back and started changing that.


so we get the new one all tightened up then look and notice this.







so now were changing out this motor, and grabbing a d15 from 90dx's and trying again!!

 

How do you do a headgasket and not notice the rod hanging out the pan?

 

well, the head gasket is at the top of the motor...and two pistons were at top dead center so we never noticed till the car got jacked up. because thats when the oil poored out

 

Ha ha that was good times.---- the hornet was pulling nice at 15psi

 

---- and here I thought i got to go for rippers today.

 

Dont worry the D15 out back of my garage thats full of water is going in for more rippers

 

jesus now we are swapping d16's for d15's, poor black hornet always gets the worst of everything. At least that water from the last 3 years should have kept it good a lubed up.

That is sick. I like how it is like the left over part collecter. My buddy owns a 93 civic hatch that we throw all our old parts in. I told him next were throwing in my beat to ---- te04h turbo setup when I swap it out. But that third ripper must have been pretty violent blew a head gasket and threw a rod in one. NICE. lol can't wait to see the d15 in there.
