Can't veiw the forum but I picked one up at the local napa store and one at the local speed shop. You can mount most universal rad fans as an either or postion. Between the bumper and the rad is a pusher setup like mine, you just flip the fan blades around and wire it reverse polarity. Between the rad and motor is a pull style (like a factory fan). You can pick these fans up for 35-45 of ebay to let you know.

downpipe is gonna get kind of warm and if you just cut the shroud its still going to put out alot of heat right there possibly melting something you dont want it to melt

Wire it either to your stock connector to come on with the thermostat, or to be on constantly. When you get the fan It will have two wire (normally one black one blue from the most I've seen). Connect the black to ground and the blue to positive. See which way the fan is spinning(normally pull style from factory) If that is true and you want it pusher style(in front of the rad) Remove the blades (normally a bolt or c-clip) flip them over and then when you wire, put the blue to ground and black to positive. You should get instructions with the fan and even so, It FAR from rocket science, basic clockwise/counterclockwise motion and Positive/negative wiring.
