what is the best sohc engine can be turbed
is it d15b jdm vtec 3 stage vtec model 1996
or d15b vtec jdm model 1992
or d16z6
or d16y8

all those motors are good candidates for boost i would perfer the d16z6 even though the d15b vtec is the jdm version of the z6 but you have to get custom pistons since its a 1.5. but then again im a d16a6(sohc zc non vtec) fan ftw!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I truly think VTEC is made up. I think all the VTEC solenoid does is opens a hole in the engine somewhere, so the engine sounds louder
