Default best location for oil drain

where is the best place to put the oil drain on the oil pan on a d16

right above the plug on the back.


































depends on where you turbo sits just go straight from there and then as high up as possible on the pan, use extra jb weld

weld it and don't use jb weld, I've never had good luck with jb weld.

your not smart enough to use jb weld you shouldnt be here, i like to thread or tap it and then use jb weld as a sealer, done it on prolly 5-6 cars and never had a problem

I agree, JB weld works great, have mine that way with no leaks!

its easier, cheaper, and faster to just mig weld it in there. And you can use it in 10 mins if u want.

You're right, providing you have a mig welder. One of the better investments i ever made!
