I need a lesson, what benefit comes from baffling your oil pan?

Damn, what a fat waist of money. $400 for an oil pan? You could piece tohether a turbo kit for that. :P

Those Honda-Tech guys and thier trendy bandwagon buys.

I tried a "Crank scraper" a while back. I never got to install it "correctly", but it seems like a logical way to free up HP.

well you could do that ---- with some sheet metal and a welder.

maybe if you were into extreame auto x-ing it would be a good idea, but i would still just weld in baffles.

yup just weld it,
I wouldn't feel comfortable drilling a hole for a return line in a $400 oilpan

The point is to keep the oil where it can be picked up instead of it sloshing around during hard g-forces and the motor sucking up nothing but air.
