Hey guys I just got this turbo off Ebay and it has a weird rotation, in the compressor housing. It's kind of hard to explain so I made a short movie to illustrate it. Let me know if something is wrong with it.

 

I am not an expert by any means but I would say it is rebuild time.

dammit I knew 200$ was too good to be true, is there any way I can fix it or am I just better off selling it and getting a diffrent turbo, I dont't think its possible for me to send it back since it was one of thoes as is sales.
