Default B20 PCV system and catch can setup

So I have done alot of research on the catch can setups and PCV system write-ups. Alot of write-ups that I see are converting over to catch can setups and venting the 2 plugs on the back of the block but only with big power cars. Is it even neccessary for low-to-mid range power? I running 7-8 pounds on a stock bottom end JDM b20. And also being that the b20 and 97-01 b18b's have no black breather box on the block just out of the middle of the valve cover, how would you run the valve cover side of a catch can setup. Could you just vent the two allen plug spots on the back of the block to a catch can and plug the Valve cover somehow? Or would it be better to run the catch can setup and leave the stock PCV setup on top. I just didn't know if it was really necessary for 7-8 pounds. I always read someone who used a Toyota Supra PCV valve that worked really good compared to the stock honda one...thanks anyone who can help kinda confused on this

BTW these parts come on 98-01 Preludes.

To remove the B series fittings your gonna need a 14mm allen wrench.

Thank Joe for the info, these parts are super cheap.

thanks good info

So what should I do with the stock PCV system in the middle of the valve cover? Anyone know how to plug that somehow? i guess I could just run a b18a valve cover but would rather keep the b20 VC if i can.
