Then there the tubo situation. you pick the right compressor and the wrong turbine and use a shitty manifold then youll really be down on power.

what parts you planning to stick together.
my friend was making 238whp on a t3/t04e drag gen III kit on his b16 with the crap FMU and stock fuel pump setup. look to get between 250-270whp w/ the injectors, afc hack, and a fuel pump with some tuning. you MUST have an upgraded fuel pump because the stock one just wont cut it.

PS - change your fuel filter as soon as possible haha because those are always the first things to get clogged up and go and give you fuel cut.

at stock fuel pressures, ive heard the stock pumps can support quite a bit of power...that said, a 255 is a good inexpensive safety measure
yes, they have been bench flow tested for ~300hp....but actual flow varies from pump to pump and car to car. obviously every pump isnt going to flow the same as others and voltage at the pump will be different from car to car...but i wouldnt chance keeping a stock fuel pump on a boosted motor for any reason.

chance is exactly the word, if you want to take a chance then use your stock pump, its been done successfully even at those #'s and will continue to be done. For 90$ or so its not a bad thing to throw out of what could have blown my motor folder. Anyways i have to agree that you will be in the 240hp range, as you asked for wheel hp.. 10psi can get you alot more in that motor with the right parts and tuning...
