Hey i am new to this site and i have a 89 crx si. My motor blew up so now i got a new d16y6 and i need some help. A friend of mine sold me the motor with a dsm turbo(td05) and the bov, side mount ic, turbo manifold for the d16 pretty much everything except the fmu and piping. The only thing is i dont know anything about turbos and i am wigging out b/c i am almost ready to put the new motor in my car but i dont know what to do with the turbo or how it gets hooked up. In all actuality i have never had a turbo before and i want to do this right since this engine i bought was rebuilt and it has never been driven on since he rebuilt it it was just sitting in his garage and he asked me if i wanted it. If anyone can help me out with the whole fmu and running the oil lines and such. Pretty much i need a map of everything i need to get and do so this turbo setup runs right and i dont end up with 2 blown motors. besides the 1st thing to do is get a d16y7 or 8 head cuz 8 valves wont help anybody
