Everything on my kit was not bought by some big company. Personally i dont want to pay crower $700 for pistons that prolly cost them a couple hundred to make.

If there's a way to hack it and save money...im gonna do it

The block is also a concern... So what your rods, pistons, and crank can handle 20psi... The sleeves will crack...

To me... Anything over 300whp in a honda is pointless if its a street car. Unless your into that "supra" kinda racing. supra owner, " hey wanna race ", muscle car owner, " sure, where is a good light ?? ", supra owner, " LIGHT I meant from a 100mph roll !!! ).

Or you could always drive around on slicks..
The B-rods and supra forged pistons will make 300whp, but the block is going to be the weak point ( not to say it WILL FOR SURE BREAK ).

Buy a B-series ?? Time + money + time + money + money + money are all the reasons that stop me from even wanting one.

Alright, i did some research too. The 1G-GTE supras actually never made it to the states apparently so it doesn't look like we'll find them there.

Also for rods, they were using B16A rods. The thing about this is the rods have to be machined to fit the supra pistons and the rods also have to also be machined to fit the D16 Crank.

Apparently these made 220whp at 12psi at only 5000 RPM! The problem was the chare pipes kept blowin off at 5K.

YOu also have to modify your block to fit these, buy a block gaurd, run 93 octane, and have a good engine management system in order to run 1.3 BAR! (around 16-18psi)

I think "panada something" sells the rods piston combo with rings and everything already assimbled for $500ish. He is in Thailand, so that's how he gets them.

He says the only thing you have to buy is the B16 rod bearings.

Post your own block like in the HMT tech section.
Notch your own, its not rocket science...

I doubt the block would hold the turbo you have racingS ( and the same one I have waiting ) at 16-18psi.

16-18psi on a 14b is one thing, but 16-18psi on a 60-trim T3 is gonna make SICK power.. Like aftermarket sleeve kinda power...
