you can get them manis for the cvh rs turbo ere in the uk all day long
think i might ave one in shed.
used to ave i but over ere they r 1.6.
chip it, up the boot to 14, -31 internail wasegate, filter and 3 inch exhaurst and you was lookin at 190-200 bhp on stock internals
if you run a t304e you ave to space the turbo from mani bout 10mm so compressor houseing dnt hit the block
think i might ave one in shed.

im also using the exhaust flange and downpipe off one of these for my d16 turbo.
by usin these with my log im makin it will look like a top mount
now would you say i now abit bout these
the weakest part to the rs turbo was the gearbox unless you get the bigger bearing upgrade done on it. they also come with a lsd as std

It is OHC...or IHC...i guess. the cam is inside the head, not over it. you slide the cam in like you would a pushrod engine, but you put it in her head, not her block. The CVH is a pretty stout engine, lacking only in aftermarket support...at least here in the US they are. Everything from Europe is insane expensive, but that is what we have to work with. Koni rear shocks for my EXP are $400 USD plus shipping from Europe. a cam is in the range of the same price. I really want an RS trans for my EXP, so I can have some LSD action, but, alas, I am stuck with one tire fire unless I get a phantom grip.
BTW, Beano, that is one sexy MKIV Escort. Is that an RS?

well on the log book its a 1.3 but me and my mate got a rotton rs and done a full reshell.
my mates dad done all the engine work for it as he builds is sons autograss race engine and knows a good few men in different trade thats why we had the bigger bearings in box and a mix of mk3 and mk4 rs gears.
