this wont work
you would have to make sensors from the eclipse fit the honda and then the ecu would have to be calibrated to read the sensors imputs correctly, then you have totally different timing and ignition and just about every other aspect of the engine.
a motor is not a motor.
For your computer analogy thats like smashing a pII ecu chip into an amd motherboard an hoping changing a few jumpers on the motherborad will make it control the cpu.
