Default Anybody runnig Q45 throttle body

I got my hands on a Infinity Q45 throttle body 90mm and tapper to 85mm at the butterfly. I'm thinking of using it on my fully built B16 motor. Aiming for 500-550whp.

question is. Anybody running one on their Bseries motor? and what kind of power are you making with it. and is it a big improvement? or should I just save myself the hassle of having an adapter plate made and welded. and sell/trade it for a 70 or 75mm?

I currently have a ported and polished B16 intake manifold. Thinking of getting something bigger, or having somebody make a custom one with a bigger plenum.

That would be pretty impressive if you're TB is the bottleneck in your system... but then again 500+ whp is just crazy too

I'm gonna run one on a D15B8.

The volume in that thing is probably more than the tiny intake manifold the B8 comes with.

I've made at or close to 500 whp on a 60mm TB on two different cars.

I wouldn't upgrade at that power level... for 600+ I'd probably go 3" charge pipe and 70+mm TB because that's where it starts being a restriction from everything I've seen.
