Default Any Insight? Muchly Appreciated!

Okay we need some insight into some problems we are having with a new setup. 1 is boost relate, te others are management.
First the setup:
94 Coupe
b16a
T3/T04e Turbo
SSAutoCrap Wastegate, HKS Style, 40mm
3" open DP for now.
FMIC
Crome Pro, LC-1, Ostrich
450cc DSMs

Problem #1:
WG Spring is Green which is supposed to be 8psi. We make 16 at peak. We don't know if we go high because we lift fast and the car hesitate like it's hitting a fuel cut and sometime backfires. Crome only datalogs 9.5 max, but is this becuase of the stock MAP sensor? I watch the Laptop for AFR (We are 10.5-11 AFR, I know rich but we haven't tuned and only brought it into boost 6-7 times now) and boost, but my friend watches his Autometer Guage.
We relocated the line, and tried a few things. The WG location is right on the merge collector and right before the flange. So I feel it's a good placement. The only thing I can think of it the tight bend on his Dump pipe, but I've seen way worse, plus it would 2x his boost! The dump pipe goes back into the DP after about 26" of 1-1/2 pipe.
Any thoughts on what could cause this? There is carbon in the Dump pipe so we are pretty sure it is opening.

Problem #2:
This sould be in Management, but I'm throwing it all into one post.
During Live Tuning and Datalogging, Crome is reading about 21" of VAC, Boost guage reads 17", we've tried 2 guages. Both read the same.

Problem #3:
Hunting Idle. Normally idle idles real smooth at about 830rpm, but then it will just strt to hunt from 950-1200. Not sharply just kinda like a wave. Then it will smooth out again.

Any Help ESPECIALLY with the over boosting. We might just order a 3.63lb spring and see what happens.

is the lc1 the primary sensor or are you just using it for tuning?
