Default Any downsides to using v-band clamp for downpipe?

I'm thinking over my next project. I like the idea of using a V-band clamp on my next downpipe and just wanted to see if there were any downsides to going that route. It'd be nice having 1 bolt holding the downpipe on instead of 5 rusty stubborn *** bolts. Are their any negatives to consider?

Also, where's a good place to get the parts needed? I'm assuming 1 clamp and 2 flanges will be needed. Thanks!

I've heard that they can leak if you don't get them 100% perfect, but I have no personal experience with them. Do it, do it

I was just looking into this option myself... www.atpturbo.com has a 3 inch kit that has 2 flanges and the clamp for like 40bucks. I figure i'd need to make a flare from the flange to the Vband, but other than that... it does make for less bolt work.
