Ok... heres a pic of my wastegate.



Im running 7 psi and i have that wastegate set to the least amount of boost possible.(longest arm) . Everytime I take the damn thing off, and put it back on... for some reason it hits like 8-91/2 psi . (which i dont have the fuel for). Why does it do this? THen someone else will put it on and it fits fine .There are two mounting bolts that screw in through the wastegate to the turbo. Anything I can do just to lengthen it a bit more? Ahhhhhhhhhh please help, its annoying as hell! Let me know if u guys want a pic of the turbo, where it mounts, and just a pic of the turbo w/ the wg on...

Ive seen the faq, and im not sure how to fabricate a spring to work w/ that . I think im going to try making a "custom" extension on the arm, with many holes for diferent boost settings... wish me luck, please let me know if u guys have any ideas.

Anyway... im in the process of moving right now and things r getting lost left and right, i actually lost the piece that coonects the arm to the wastegate lever.well... I made my own "homemadeversion!" lol its the most ghetto looking thing ever, but it works.. ill post pics in like 30 min or so.....
