another B18B Turbo Size? Thread
Im guessing the standard turbo would be a 16g for the b18b... however i want something that seemingly never spools.
i was looking at a 60/63 t3 t4 but it spools still in the 3k rpm range... the next biggest would be a T3/T4e right?
sorry i need to be spoon fed. im just looking for something that starts boosting in the 4.5k rpm range

spools to what boost level is a useful question. if you only want 5psi, the hx35 might get there. if you want 15psi, you are looking at more like 5k+ for full spool. then again, the b18 might flow a bit better than my dinosaw 2l :-) but not too much.

im not really looking to boost a ton of psi, its going to be a daily driven car. 12 pounds should be an option but this engines gotta last, not some maxed out 14b blow dryer ----. Im not looking for optimal performance, more just something that can pull HARD on the highway, but not so much a race car, or even 1/4 mile car. i basically dont care about turbo lag.
