Umm.....that's a very broad question and for that I will give you a broad answer. It could be between $100 and $3000 depending on what you want. What sort of fuel management were you planning on using?

Ok, so what were you planning on using for fuel management? I'm sure it can be done with around $500. You just need to figure out what you want. You can spend $80 on an FMU, $300 on an AFC and injectors, or $2000 on Hondata, or whatever you want to use for fuel.

make sure you don't buy before you have money for it, that would be bad and dumb. looks like you need:

management
adapter plate
charge pipes
down pipe

if you wanna save money and are handy..make your own manifold that would be $80 in parts if you buy everything. Or go with a HF mani and adapter that's cheaper. The most important in a kit is fuel management. i would recommend a S-afc or chipped ecu for a low budget setup if you want good fuel management. If you're getting $1000 I would put like $300 on the side for a clutch...you can get a good clutch from 88 Turbo Crx for around 200-250 bucks shipped in the US that can hold some serious torque. than you wouldhave $700 to play with and that is more then enough for a turbosetup
