how's the car running? if you're getting no boost check the following:
air inlet blockage: like a rag or something
charge pipe leak: split coupling, hole in intercooler, etc.
manifold leak: often overlooked, there can not be any leaks in the manifold itself, where it mates to the head, and where it mates to the turbo. pressure must be able to build up into the manifold for pressure to build up in the charge pipes. it's something like 5 psi in the turbo manifold for every 1 psi of boost pressure.
wastegate leak: this would propagate as a manifold leak
bov leak: this would propagate as a charge pipe leak
check all these things...based on your video, one of these is definitely wrong.
