Ok, here's the pics like I promised: JUNK240SX-T
:P like that name? From now on I shall call myself JUNK240SX-T
Here's the pics:
Here's the specs:
JGS Manifold
DSM 14b Turbo
Turbo XS BOV
SR20DET 370cc Injectors
HKS AFR
DSM 2g SMIC
and the rest is HOME DEPOT'ed up
Still working out some kinks (especially figuring out how to lower the wastegate psi since it's at like 10.5psi or something )

get some washers and some springs and mess around with the wastegate, ull get it where you want it, if not then just dont redline, shift where u know ur hitting 5 or 6 psi or whatever u want to boost

Yea...it spools up real fast to 5-6psi even when i never open it more than half throttle yet. I'm scared to go any higher and i just can't get myself to step on it and miss my boost gauge reading saying 10psi. :P I hit 9psi with half throttle for a sec today by mistake. One of the pipes shot out and scared the crap out of me. I retightened it good now.
Now can you explain to me how washers and spring (what kind of spring) will lower the psi that the wastegate opens at? The only thing I could think of to accomplish this was to either cut the bar and thread it...or shave down the turbo holes that hold the WG bracket a little to bring it closer

well if u put washers under where the wastegate it pushes it outward. but u would probably need a lot of washers. just cut it and put that swivel ---- on it.where did u get that mani from?

With the springs just go to a hardware store and buy some springs and hook it to the wastegate flapper to hold it closed and when the boost builds up behind it. It will force the wastegate open if you want to lessen the boost loosen the spring up to make it higher tighten the spring up.
