Where is everyone hooking up their wastegate line? The intake manifold or directly off the turbo? When my wastegate opens I lose some boost. It is currently hooked up off the intake.

running the wastegate line to the intake mani will usally net you a psi or 2 more then off the turbo.

ive rocked 11000 miles with a basemap i threw together from openecu.org forums on my wrx at 16lbs, no problems and 32mpg
