Default Air Research Turbo

Does anyone know anything about an Air Research M 10 turbo? My son picked one up somewhere and wants to put it on his 95 Civic D16Z6. Can this be done with out removing the A/c. We have a 87 HF we could take the manifold off of or maybe fab one.

Yes he can install the turbo without removing the A/C. The desing of the turbo manifold will determine if he will be able to keep the A/C.

I have an M10 turbo, which I'm using for my setup on a '75 Mazda 616, with a built 1600 motor. I'll keep you posted.

These turbos are also known as a Garrett T2. I've yet to drive a car with one, but apparently they spool fast and overall are a good size for smaller motors.

My 1600 doesnt make anywhere near as much as honda 1.6, from Mazda they had 104bhp at the flywheel, I'll be content if it gets 140rwhp, car is 850kg and rwd.

Good luck mate!
