If its partially stripped and you run a chaser down it you will run the risk of blowing the plug out of the cylinder. I would remove the head and do it right.

My GF escort blew a plug out of it...kind of funny her dad then just wrenched it down in there (I was at work) and pretty much fucked it up real good, she was having missfire problems so we had to change it and well she did the same thing and just thread it isn there as tight as she could get it....stopped the missfire and hell never blew out again and she just traded it in for here new car...suckers :P

So YOUR the bastard! jk Yes you can use a heilicoil for your spark plug, ive used them before they work great, U need to take the head off, but really its not that hard.

heli coil works fine on plug holes i`ve had two different head that has heli coil on them.

chaser should work just fine.

Ha ha ha that car had more problems than a stripped spark plug
