what is the point of adjusting the bov for hard or soft?? whats it for? is it necessary to make adjustments?? does it have something to do with how much psi you are running??

 

if it is too hard, you might get backspool (fluttering)..if its too soft, you might have a boost leak

 

but whats the main purpose for adjusting it? i mean shouldnt they already be set pretty much good to go and how would you know you need to adjust the bov tension and not something else if you have engine troubles??

 

read what i wrote...if you hear fluttering when you let off, its too tight...if you hear a boost leak or notice you have one, try tightening it....there really isnt any "engine trouble" a bov could cause
