Default blue smoke form muffler

i have blue smoke coming out of my muffler after i got the turbo install. the turbo is just rebuild. the shaft is blance too. i was talking to this guy for performance tech. i ask him if i should run thinker oil. like 15w 50. he told me is not the oil. right now i'm running 5w30 on my 95 accord right now. the guy told me it might be my oil return line from the turbo is tap to low on the oil pan. he said maybe oil is not reutrunning fast enough so there before oil is burnning in my turbo then come out of my muffler. is it true?? o yea, how strong of a pump i should get for my car? now i'm running stock. thans for the help

I wouldn't rely on thicker oil to solve your problem. It might work, but it's probably not worth it in the long run. Your oil return line could very well be the problem. Make sure there are no tight bends or kinks in the return line. Also make sure the fitting on your pan is up high on the pan. You said it might be too low... You may need to get a new one welded higher. The oil has to flow freely through the return line. It's basically drained by gravity, so any restriction in the return line, is going to build oil up and it will blow past the seals in the turbo.
It could also be your oil feed line. What size line are you using for the feed? I wouldn't use anything larger than 3AN (maybe 4AN) line. If it is the feed line, you may want to switch it for something smaller, or install a needle valve inline with your oil feed. This will let you lower the oil pressure coming from your engine and going to your turbo. If the pressure in the oil feed line is too high, it also will blow past the seals.
Either way I would try to take care of the problem as soon as you can. And as for your question about the pump... Which pump are you talking about? I'm assuming the fuel pump. What are you using for fuel management, that way we know what demands for fuel your setup needs.
Good luck Trance

Whats your oil return look like? Is it going downwards? Does it at any point go upward?

my fuel mangement is stock, i haven't got anything for it yet. the next thing i'm thinking of getting is the hight output fuel pump and FMU. should i get a exteranl fuel pump?the thing is i'm not sure what kind of fuel pump or FMU to get. what does it mean when it said 10.1 or 12.1 FMU? is that compression ratio?? my 95 accord v-tec has a 8.8 to 1 compression.the engine is stok. how many pound u think i can boost and still be safe for the engine, i have like 100,000 miles on the car. vehicle is very well taking care of. thanx for the help.

Damn, I thought I saw something about FMU installs in the new users FAQ... but I don't see it, anyway, basically the numbers for an FMU mean (say a 12:1 FMU), for every 1 psi of boost, the FMU will rais the fuel pressure 12 psi.
You asked how many punds you can boost and still be safe, if you want to run an fmu, I wouldn't boost past 8 psi. You will also need another fuel pump like you said. I would just get a Walbro intank 255 lph pump.
If you were looking to run more boost than 8 psi, the FMU would still work fine, but keep in mind your raising the pressure to your factory injectors. I wouldn't trust it for reliability past 8 psi.
