Well i got my new shiny B.O.V. for my turboed harley project. I was wondering how you adjust them for a certain psi. Can you use a vacuum pump or something with a gauge to do it. Next month im upgrading the engine and making everything adjustable to fine tune it all when turboed ,including a nice shiny billet clutch assembly. I will take pics if i can bum my friends digi cam. Hopefully the turbo will go on in under 3 months :P. After all that ...time to tune on the dyno . I know i haven't been on much but im sure you can guess why.

haha! I can't wait to see the finished product man! What typr of BOV is it? I know with my HKS the instructios say to tighten up the bov adjustment until air leaking past the bov is stopped. If you over tighten it the bov reaction will be compromised. Hope it helped some. Good luck!

Its a universal one that was CNC'd. I got it mainly cause of the size since it will fit right behind the intake tube going up to the carb and will be somewhat hidden except from the front view. I was going to use my HKS ssqv but damn i would be pissed if someone saw it and knew what it was and ended up stealing it ,it also was to big to hide. I will try that though trance thanks for the info.

definately post pics which harley dealership do you work at You live in atlanta right? ive been to to stone mountain one and the alpheretta location my dad was going to buy his 2004 fat boy at the stone mountain dealership but bought it in wisconsin instead cause it was 2 grand cheaper

I live in fortson which is 12 miles from columbus. I work at Chattahoochee Harley Davidson and Buell. It is a awesome place to work and everyone is dying to see it done.
