Default About the t3 to Hf Flange?

I know this is a really stupid question, but with the adapter plate for a t3 to a hf manifold, do you still need the gasket?? If you do can you make one? or what exactly? I just need a setup for how it come together. If i need two gaskets ect.... Thanks

you dont REALLY need a gasket as long as both surfaces are grinded perfectly flat and are smooth. i was about to use an HF mani too, but ended up sellin it to buy a custom log mani from csaddict. but you could also make one, you need high temp gasket material you can get that from Napa. i dunno if vatozone or Kragen sells it.
