Default Vacuum problems HELP!!!!!!!

OK well i just got my turbo nack from majestic, I desided to replace all my vacuum lines with new ones. Now when i let off the the vacuum drops to 30 then goes back to the normal 20. It's 20 at idle, Also my type s BOV sounds weird now, kinda like a wine, or his instead of the normal sound. But if i unplug the vacuum from the wastegate and leave the line off with out pluging it then it sounds normal! It really crazy.

i didn't have this problem before, it just started after i got my turbo re built. Think maybe my WG is stock open? would that cause it? I'm guessing no, IT's crazy if i leave one of the line disconected so i have a leak it works fine, but when i close the loop it's pulling major vac on the release of the gas pedal. Does this happen to anyone else, When you irst let off the gas does you guage drop really deep into vac then level off a few seconds later?

i had my boost/vac gauge installed before i put my kit on and i remember seeing it hit 24 vac on shifts but would be a solid 20 at idle.i think it would hit 24 and come back to 20 on shifts but i don't remember.

I installed my vacuum gauge when I installed my turbo kit, and if I get on it and let off, the vacuum goes to like 30 then levels off to 21. Drives really good and it's at 21 at idle.
