Default 99 Mercury Cougar

Hey guys. I have a question. I was wondering if any of you have any knowlege about the 2.5 engine in the 99-2002 Mercury Cougars. I have access to two turbos and I was wondering if someone could give me so insite on running one of them on my car. I would be interested in knowing if it would take a lot to bolt it up. I have a pretty good knowlege of turbos but not like you guys. I don't think it would take to much because I have two manifolds that converge. Please help me out. Thanks a lot for your time.

well dude you can turbo pretty much anything if you wanted, its all about setup and fuel management.Do you have a V6 or the 4 cylinder? what kind of turbos do you have? they could be ethier too big or too small. if can get your manifolds build and everything set up real nice you need to work on fuel managment. I have no clue on how much boost a cougar motor can take, but you just keep it low because i hear those motor are total pieces of crap.try doing a search on the net and find some other guys boosting there cougars.

I justed looked at a few boards, it seems that the cougar doesn't have enough room in the engine compartment for it. Why not just go single
