i have that same problem now....whenever it hits 6000-7000 it feels like it is not getting spark. i think i need a check valve, (missing link) for the map sensor, i used the VAFC to fool the map sensor, BUT i think when it hit 9-10 psi it start acting funny.
I hope after i get the DSM injectors, the problem will be solved.

I shift at 6000 RPM now, and the car runs like a charm.

The fuel settings on the VAFC is on default, i use it for the VTEC and fooling the MAP sensor, when i get the 450's that is when the VAFC will start controlling the fuel.

right now the FMU is all that i have for fuel.

i am not even running 10 psi, the FMU is 12:1, and i shift at 6000 rpm with 6-7 psi of boost, NEVER acctually hit 10 PSI yet.

i had the same problem, check your spark plug gapping. I had to narrow it down to .24! But you loose the "punch" doing that
