if the oil cant drain and u are feeding more in its gotta go somewhere.

fix that first, then check your turbo bolts that u said 'might' be loose.

definately. the engine will keep feeding it oil because it is pressure driven. then when your drain doesn't let it go it backs up and bleeds out your seals. make sure you are using a large diameter drain hose as well. i would go at least twice the size id as your feed line.

good luck.

I don't think that I'll be able to get a larger diameter hose and fittings tonight...
Would it be ok if I just disconnected the oil return line from the oil pan, and drained the oil into a bucket... just to check if it's still smoking. And of course I would add the same amount of oil that I drain back to the engine... How much oil do you think would I drain in like 1min?
Do you think that this is a good idea?
(just to temporarily check if the oil seals are F#$@ed)

at 10psi (warm idle, higher when cold) it would drain DAMN fast.

----.....
so how can I check?

The return pipe seriously can't be bent like 1/2inch upwards..... I don't know if I can manage to avoid that.....

It has fittings, which were put on using some
special high-pressure hose clamping machine....
What diameter of the oil return hose should I be using?
