how much power can 560cc injectors support before they max out?

Depends on how much fuel pressure you have. Raising the fuel pressure to 60psi would make those flow around 680.

acording to that, ill be ok with using 510cc for like 375hp. i want to boost like 22-25psi with like 100psi of fuel pressure. but on crome they max out. so what should i do? sry for being off topic.

100psi is too high for standard injectors. They will lag on turning off. 60 or so seams to be safe. I called RC and they did not recommend going any higher.
