it pulls hard. i like it. the intercooler is from a DSM, i think a 2G eclipse. it works pretty good. last night after romping on it a little, i came home and hurried up and poped the hood, grabbed the upper charge pipe, cool to touch. its doing its job.

 

sorry if you already said it, but how many lbs?

a few pictures from the intercooler, alot of people have been pming me about how i installed it....








nothing to hard really. it took me forever to just figure out how to mount it. i looked all over the net but couldnt really find any good pictures. its only supported by one brace as you can see in the last picture. one brace welded to the frame, then a bolt holding it. i also had to cut a little off of one end of the pipe that leads into the IC core.

I always thought everyone mounted it in front of the front support, so i was cuttting at ---- to get it to fit there, but after i fucked with it some more, i got it mounted exactly how i wanted it to.

its working great. after a hard run tonite, i got put, put my hands on the upper charge pipe, cool to touch. not cold, but warm. i could hold my hand on it if i wanted to. it seems to be doing the job well....
