Harbor Frieght angle grinder for 14$. Then you don't have to worry about a gasket at all.

i have the same turbo. i bought the outlet pipe from ebay for like $10.

Yep,

35 mm WG flange for the outlet

and for the inlet, a very generic 5$ exhaust flange from Midas or any other muffler shop fits it directly.
