.48/.60 flanges
 

i cant seem to find any flanges for the compressor on this turbo. i know that weirracing used to sell them, but he no longer does any cnc parts. anybody know where i can find flanges for both the inlet and outlet?

i looked at them the other day and only saw the outlet. they have the inlet as well, thats cool.

$50 a pop seems a little steep. maybe ill just try and ghetto up my own.

somebody told me that the deltagate/tial 35/38mm flange works... Cant remember if its true or not.

Would it be too small? Well, I have the flange that came with my tial wg laying around. I measured it.. from bolt hole to hole it's 2 3/4" and the center hole is 1 3/8 dia. hope this helps.

Haha I just measure my wg and got the same exact dimensions, I thought that you measured your turbo, not a wg. ---- I thought we found a solution. I run the exact same turbo and just used both stock pieces to connect to the compressor housing. I found them on ebay; right now I don't see any on there though. Measure the opening and bolt distances on your turbo and compare to the wastegate flange.

Got the same housing I have the stock inlet but the outlet I was just going to grind it down so it was round and just use a coupler ;) I have a tial flange I'll have to hold it up and see, I'll post up pics later

if the hole in the WG flange was a legit 38mm, it would work. i set a 35mm flange on it and the bolt holes are the same, but the hole is just a little too small.

time to get the dremel out, if the bolts are the same you can expand the center whole, thats awesome

the only thing, that with the hole being to small, the material that overlaps on the side that you would need for a gasket would be toon thin with the 35mm WG. the WG flange is thinner that the width of the outlet flange. i would need38mm flange measurements to see if it would work. i dont even know if it would be any wider

this is what i mean. the sides of the gasket are thinner than the flange
