Um use some rtv or even JBweld i think there is plenty of coverage there or uhm get the gasket for the turbo and not the wastegate

that still wont make up for the flange being thinner. you can use as big of gasket as you want, but if there is no flange to hold it in place, it wont do anything...

----, ill just hit ebay to try and find the correct flange or factory outlet...

Why not just make a gasket? I'm almost positive any automotive store sells the gasket "paper" in square sheets, just pick that up, and use a ball pein hammer (the rounded end) and just lay the gasket on the inlet surface, tap the hammer on the edges and it will cut the paper and make a perfect gasket.

the gasket isnt the problem. the thread title was not ".48/.60 gaskets" it is the flange that im asking about. the first posts says that clearly

OR, you could just do what i did and take a grinder to the outlet, and just make it round. it ends up fitting a 2.5 inch coupler pretty well. then you don't gotta worry about some janky *** gasket.

Gotcha now I though you were worried about the gasket size,the flange should be fine, how thick are the sides on BOV flanges and they hold up to high boost, I looked at mine today i just need to expand the bolt holes a littl but I can going to run mine like this since I have it and it works

i have the tial wastegate flange on my outlet, and it works just fine.
