I already know the turbo might not be the best turbo 4 my application but to be honest I got the turbo real cheap and I had .48 housin lying around from a damaged t3 so I decided to satisfy my curiousity and to be honest (THIS TURBO ROCKS ----.................IT NICE U ----.............IT SPOOLS LIKE A B52 BOMBER..............WHEN IT STARTS TO SPOOL IT SOUNDS FUQING AWSOME..................... SO IT NOT COMING OFF, SO FORGET IT!!so ur maths and physhit could tell u that holset hx40+d15=----,guess wat its my ----.
And I have a question,By changing the turbine housin doesn't that change the whole characteristic of the turbo(just my 2cents).And guys if u have a hx40 and u want to give it a try,trust me give it a try, u will love it.And i will hook u guys up with some vids and soon as I get to the dyno and tune(I'm buying a greddy emanage).And i'll say once more.......THIS HOLSET ROCKKKKKKKKKKKS!!IT GETS BRUTAL AND SCARY AFTER 5PSI.I've had numerous setups and to be honest this turbo separates the men from the boyz(I hope i get this reflexion from the dyno).....lol l
