Re: 300 km/h
Its been done, I believe it was the owner of AEM hit 210 on the salt flats, he counterbored a b16 to a 1.5 and used a huge *** turbo with a distributorless ignition. 2000 civic I believe stock suspension, stock brakes, almolst stock body gutted and caged of course. there was a big writeup in some magazine a month or two ago.

Re: 300 km/h
300km/h is about 185mph. i think it could be done with enough hp and the right gearing. but its not reasonable. i think 150-160 is where you should be aiming. im afraid to boost my car in 5th gear much at all because i dont want to ruin another engine. ive went about 140mph without going over 5psi boost. im set for 14pounds on a b16. so 160 would be pretty easy at full capasity. 185 could easily be done with 600hp. but wtf happens then? i dont know so go video tape yourself doing it and make this dream into reality. OK?

Re: 300 km/h
i will try. but need some time to get money for a car. i plan to do swap 5th LS gear into my YS1 tranny to get 189 mph on 205/45/r17 wheels on 8250. but i am afraid to ruin engine too. so i want to know what to do to engine to make it handle that. i think problem will be cooling system. i need fat big water radiator and i need oil cooler i think. i dont think that i will need be 600 hp to get there. as i said before bmw m3 with only 282 hps can get to 168 mph. and bimmer is heiver and has bigger drag coef.

Re: 300 km/h
well, you cant get torque without hp, and vice versa. and revs will take lack of torque i hope =)) what about engine cooling? will be it necessary to amke oil cooler or not? will stock h22a water radiator be enough to cool engine?
