i have a turbine outlet flange for that turbo sitting in my tool box. it has a 3" opening for the downpipe and a threaded hole to thread a bolt in to keep the wg flapper shut for external gate so you dont ahve to weld it. 20 bux shipped if you want it.

Episode 2: Transmission
Split the case in record time. And ---- you who ever used thread locker on every plug.
This was easy to diagnose before tearing it down.
Synchros look decent

Aaaaaand didn't see this comming. I've got an extra set of shift forks in the attic. Just going to have to take two broke ones and make a good one again. Cast parts FTL
Diff removal tools
Gone to the dealer ship to get an ISB tomorrow. Gotta figure out how to remove the old outer race, and how to get the bearings off the carrier. Don't forget those tricky left hand threads on the FD kiddies.

thanks for the link. i'm going to the hardware store today to check out what they have in stock. if i can't find anything, msc or something online i suppose. that guy is charging way too much for me

I konw Hes charging quite a bit, but I thought the write up would help you out. Make sure you check the runout on your obx.

yea, i don't have a dial indicator or magnetic base. maybe advance does with loan a tool
going to the hardware store right now to see about the spring washers and the extra SHCS i need. also going to the dealership to get a ISB
