Yea, I have the compressor map for the turbo but I can't find any flow rates for my engine. Do you know where you could find such things for specific cars? Like say, '91 Nissan 240sx? :P

 

use piping from a starion or and eclipse, even a turbo probe has some decent pipes.....

 

I used a mix of PVC and volvo IC piping.

Its not the WRX's compressor side that I think is too small for 7psi on a 2.4L its the exhuast side.

Yes, they vent the BOVs into atmosphere without any problems.

The debate as to the type of the compressor wheel on the WRX is "on going".

The "T" type wheel that the WRX uses has better response, than a "G" wheel and a different number of fins. I guess everyone just assumed it was a 13G when they saw the size of it.

I'm hopefully going to be doing a SR20DET swap into a guy I work withs 240sx. I want a SR20 powered 240, but I'm going to have to wait since I have too many cars as it is..

 

A DSM 1G BOV that is released into the atmosphere is pretty loud as is. If its not loud enough you can do what my friend did and stick it to the funnel of a bike horn.

Don't worry, I will get some pics once I assemble mine. I am gonna epoxy the funnel from one of my FIAMM dual air horn setup and DSM 1G BOV. I dunno which one to use, the shorter one or the longer one... lol. ---- BLITZ, HKS, GREDDY, TURBOXS... my HMT BOV is gonna have a Lamborghini horn stuck to the end of it... :P
