a freind`s offering me a used intercooler. 26inch long, 3 inch think, 6 inch tall.
inlet 2 inch. with 2.25 outlet..
i got no problem with the 2 inch inlet since the turbo is 2inch anyway.
but is the outlet a little too small?..
it will work with a t3/04e .48/60..
250 whp is my goal.

 

Nope....A D-series throttle body is about that size and a B is bigger, but as I've read it would be ok....you don't want to go from big to small, but from smaal to big is ok.
Or get a reducer

 

I thought from big to small was good? Big to small is the principle AEM uses in making the V2 intake
